Gosh there’s a spot right on the front page you could do a search for as well as going to Google and doing a search which is what I did and came up with these results.

Sorry, I was referring to the 2003 upgrade.

The link I had to the upgrade page no longer seems to work. However, I do still have the SKU or Product number: 310-4214

I would call Dell and order over the phone via the SKU number.

I'm having the same problem, and when I call them I get a support person on the other end that does not know anything. We tried to use the part number above but they still had no idea what we were talking about. Has anyone successfuly ordered it recently? Anyone found a new URL?

Rumour has it that the upgrade has been pulled until they can fix the somewhat serious issues with their WM2003 upgrade.

Of course since they haven't admitted to there being a problem the reason could well have more to do with Mars being in Orion, and Jupiter doing something or other. Or maybe they lost it and can't remember where they put it

On a more serious note though, I'd wait until they've fixed it before ordering the upgrade. No sense doing an upgrade that by all accounts is worse that what you have at the moment.

Thanks, I've heard the same rumour, I just wish they had SOME information on their website so customers would have some official word.

Looks like more supporting evidence they have pulled the upgrade temporarily. I ordered mine about 3 weeks ago and it had a ship date of 7/22. I just checked the order status and it says "Delayed 7/25". I'd rather have it delayed and fixed, so I don't mind.....thought to pass this along....

I canceled my PcocketPC 2003 order today. After Dell tech support not be very forthcoming, sending me links to Microsoft, and reading bad thing on Dell's Axm forum I decided to wait until the bugs are worked out. My Axim (400) works fine as is.
