Notification Errors

I need some help with my Dell Axim x51v. I continue to get this Notification Errors that reads:

Cannot execute \Program Files\Funk Software\Odyssey Client\OdClient.exe

and also:

Cannot execute \Windows\OdClient.exe

I have gone to the Dell web site and downloaded the patch http://support.dell.com/support/down...&fileid=197126 that is supposed to fix this dated 2/12/07, but it does not work.

Can anyone help?

Also,... what is the latest ROM for the x51v?

Use a software like sktools or memmaid to clean the related bad entries in the notification database.

So,... just install one of these tools and,......

Will it do what i need it to do automatically? Or is there some steps I will have to take?

It has been a while since I used Memmaid so I can't really comment on that one, but SKTools is pretty easy to use for this sort of thing: Open it up, scroll down the list until you get to "notifications queue," select it and have a dig around in the soft key sub-menus. It's all very self explanatory.

I installed MemMaid and ran it.

It worked!
