Newbie to Pocket PC needs help

I'm trying to rig up a CF modem in my new Dell. I've configured it and tried to Log into MSN. Everytime I dial-up, the message comes back that my log-on, password are incorrect...although they are not. I believe it's a software issue, as I've tried 2 different modems, but I'm a Pocket PC idiot! My Visor connects perfectly using the same config.

Try deleting the setting, do a soft reset, and re-enter an new one. I have seen this before...more than once, where it appears that you have the settings right. I don't know if something gets corupted or not, but quite often by re-entering a new setting, fixes it. I have also seen where it does not save the password correctly, as well.
