How do you change the SNOOZE TIME REMINDER on Pocket PC Ver. 3.0 Calendar?

I am also frustrated with the OS on my Version 3.0, when a reminder pops-up like the Palm OS it fails the intelligency test. Palm lets you tap on the reminder and edit it. You also have more choices of snooze times. For instance, your snooze options do not allow 2 and 3 days. When I leave work on Friday I don't want to see my work reminders pop-up when I am in church! I want to leave my work at work.
