Default Hawking CF LAN issues

So I purchased a Hawking CF card and installed in on my x50v this weekend. It works but when I remove it in any way, the Dell completely locks up. I've tried to turn if off and remove it, waited until the network icon indicates it's disconnected, removed the network cable before pulling, etc. I always have to do a soft reset to get it working again.

I realize that the card is no longer supported but I wouldn't expect it to freeze up like that.

Does anyone have a solution? I've tried the drivers on their website.

Default Answered my own question

I should really stop answering my own posts but...

For anyone who's interested, there are drivers that work for this generic CF card (sold under various companies as Hawking, TrendNet and a few others) If your card has 6 indicator lights, 3 on the right and 3 on the left, these drivers will work.

http://www.trendnet.com/asp/download...205&SUBMIT=Go#

It finally stops the maddening soft reset routine!

Hopefully, someone else will find this useful.
