Has anybody experienced this problem since the latest ROM update?

I did the update yesterday with my Axim X30 and now when installing my programs it terminates the Active Sync connection. When I pull it out and replace it back in the cradle it syncs then gets caught up in relaunching activities over and over. I eventually pull it out, do a soft reset and resync it and it's fine unless I start messing with it like exploring or going to the options button then it disconnects me.

Meanwhile, it's agonizing reinstalling all these programs due to the sequence of events. Anybody having this problem?
