Default Dells new IPOD Killer is the X50v????

News media reports Dells new MP3 media player is smaller than a deck of cards and just as good. Amazing that the article used a picture of the PPC X50v.

So is the X50V now an Ipod killer? :?

Check it out:

I think they probably just put the wrong picture on the story. It refers to a product called "Pocket DJ" which is probably these:

Except the Dell DJ has been out for quite some time, and it's bigger than most decks of cards I know of. Is there a new one coming up?

Cool. Wonder if they are going to be MP10 'aware', as in allow the autosync stuff. Guess I could read the articles, though.

Actually my X50 is going to be an ipod killer. With a 4G microdrive it should be sufficient for most of what I want to do with media, without having to bring a second device.

As long as you get the extended battery.

I'm going to have to do some battery tests to restore your confidence, aren't it? With the screen off, the X50v should be able to do at least 6-8 hours of audio playback...I hope. ;-)
