Dell X50v bluetooth connection to Audiovox 5600 phone on T-mobile

I need some serious help. I just got an audiovox 5600 phone (unlocked) and am using it on my t-mobile service. I have unlimited Data from T-mobile, and I really want to use my dell for browsing. how can I set up the connection? I can't find any literature on the subject. also, does anyone have T-mobile? how is thier data service (besides being cheap)?
