Did we know that before? I was thinking it had 128MB RAM, but I haven't followed the x50 very closely.
Think I'll keep my order for the iPaq hx4705. Both look like nice PDAs though.

You've got a little problem here, because 16 mm is roughly 0.63 inches, not 0.7.

Don't shoot the messenger; those numbers are straight out of the PDF. Looks like they rounded up...

 So its official. No 128MB version. Why Dell why? They prob knew they would still sell this model like hotcakes anyways.  :?

The manual has the depth of the X50 as 16.9 mm (0.67"). Either the PDF linked to above or the manual has it wrong.
Either way our VGA comparison chart (see link in my sig.) has now been updated to reflect the couple of new bits of available info.
