Default Built-in-storage Overflow

I installed the Pocket Informant demo, and managed to overflow the built in storage on my x30. Now it's not showing up. Is there a way to get it back?

I did a hard reset, and it showed back up. I think this time around, I'll just delete some unused E-sword resources and install programs on my SD card insted.
