blue line on axim 50v screen

i have buy a new axim 50v but when i start after follow dell instruction
after 8 hours of charge i see a blue line cut a screen of pda is immposible align the screen i thin is defective battery why dendure discharge
somthing help me is defective pda or defecitve battery

If it is brand new and doing this, send it back for a replacement. I've never seen this on my axim. Usually this is more related to the LCD connection to the motherboard. Good luck.
