Default Bad Product: "External Foldable Keyboard for Axim X3/X30"

I bought a Dell Axim X30BT along with an External Foldable Keyboard. One year later the keyboard stops functioning correctly.
The third section, the one which include the "P", "L", ";", "'", ".", "/", "[", "]", "\", "=", "-", arrow keys, shift, del, and enter keys, stoped working completely. At first it began with only 5 keys malfunctioning and hours later all 19 keys fail to work completely, hours without use. The keyboard was just on top of a desk and they just stoped working.
When the keyboard was "working" it was taken care of in a correct way and when being transported it was done in a correct way.
The charging/electric connector that it brings doesn't work as it should, I had to fiddle with the cable in order to get the PDA to charge while the keyboard was being used.

I contacted Dell Support numerous times reporting the problems that the keyboard was presenting and never got a solution nor was it replaced.

I suggest not to buy this product as it will fail to work after one year of use.

Keyboard Part Number: D2704
Keyboard Model Number: G7L1-001

I wouldn't expect Dell to replace or fix an item that was out of warrenty. Depending on how heavily it was used, a year isn't a bad amount of time to get out of a product like this, given what it cost.

But just because this happened to you does not mean that this product will ALWAYS fail after a year. That's faulty logic. More likely you just had some bad luck.
