ALMOST A MONTH TO DELIVER A 3-PACK OF STYLUS!

Hey everyone, thought I'd just blow some steam regarding Dell's Delivery times.

I made an order on the 14th of April for a 3 Pack of Stylii for my X50.

I get the quotation and make payments on the same day by the 15th April.

Its been 6 days already and the item has not even been PROCESSED.

Once it is processed it will take another 10-14 days to deliver it.

I am going to be waiting for the better part of a month, just for a packet of stylus, does anyone else think that this is absolutely atrocious service on the count of Dell?
