Default 2 Player Games Over WiFi

Are there any 2 player games that you can play on a PPC over the internet? How about video conference?

I don't know anything about multi-player games, but htere is an application from Microsoft Research that enables you to do video conferencing..

It is called MS Portrait and can be found here:

I haven't really played this online, but in single player mode I know it works 'ok' on my Jornada 568 (Which apparently the developer developed this on). Fun nonetheless. Oh and free, which is why no one has a right to complain if it doesn't work.

Make sure you actually read the instructions, it's difficult to setup without them.

I'm sure more will come with time....

It'd be nice if my PokeNES emulator supported 2-player through IP or something.

Snails 1.9b2 and above (the current beta is 3) supports network-based multiplayer. It can be played online via the Internet, but does not get along well with NAT or firewalls. If you want to play over the 'net, you must connect your Pocket PC directly to your Internet connection, whatever that may be. Hopefully future versions will work from behind a router. If you play against someone on your local network, however, it's great fun, and highly recommended! (If you've ever played "Worms," Snails is the same type of game.)
