Well, I bought the IIi, only because I couldn't get the IIs. Wasn't really impressed with the i, so I took it back and waited until I could get a IIs.

Granted, the i is a more powerful machine, but only a little. The camera, despite being 1.3MP is virtually indestinguishable from the .3MP on the IIs (they're both crap!). I didn't notice any real difference with the faster processor on the IIi. The IIs looks SOOO much better, has the keyboard which is handy and I think the build quality is much better. IIi was very "tinny".

I haven't used the xda IIi, but I like the shape of the XDA IIs much better. The keyboard and extra buttons make it a better handheld, particularly the keyboard because of the WiFi (keyboard means no input panel to take up half the screen on web pages and msn. also faster).
