Windows Mobile 2003 GPRS - pocket outlook email

Hi guys, I join a data plan, 3MB per month, i figure it's enough for me to retrieve my emails, since much of them are text based between 2-8kbs.

however, everytime outlook loggon to retrieve email, it takes up 150kbs!!!, why is that?

My friend uses a blackberry, it took him forever to use up 3MB. please help!

IIRC, Outlook Mobile refreshes all the email headers in your inbox when syncing - it doesn't just download new emails only. As to what to do about it I don't use mobile email much, so I haven't a clue, sorry.
