Voice Regonition Dialing?

Is there a program that the community would suggest for voice dialing by a bluetooth headset? How about incoming caller id as well? My current set up (6315/Moto BT headset) still requires me to have my phone/6315 out of my bag to dial and ID callers. It would be a lot sweeter if I could leave the 6315 in my bag most of the time and just dial by voice recongition.

Microsoft Voice Command supports this. Its hands-free phone option is only available to Pocket PC Phone Edition devices. You can say Call <contact>, Call <contact> at/on <location>, <Contact>, Dial <number>, <Number>, etc.

Is this already built into the PE OS? Or do I have to add it on?
