Default TimeWizard notifications
Can somebody help me to understand what are these notifications for, and if they are related.

Start if time changes
\\.\Notifications\NamedEvents\MyTimeZoneEvent

Start if time changes
\\.\Notifications\NamedEvents\TimeWizardTimeChange
AppRunAfterTimeChange

Wakeup
\\.\Notifications\NamedEvents\TimeWizardWakeUp
AppRunAfterWakeup

Start on timer
\Windows\TimeWizard.exe
AppRunAtTime
