Sprint PPC 6700 sync problem

Hi all,

I just got a PPC 6700 and am trying to get everything up and running. When connecting it to my pc it syncs up fine with activesync, except that it is not able to recognize the storage card in the device. Under the sync tab I go to "supported portable devices and drivers" which takes me to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...userlocale=409
which is completely useless (although after digging around a bit I got here so that's something )

Running ActiveSync 4.5.0 and media player 10.0. Hoping I'm just missing something simple and obvious but that's rarely ever the case
