Windows Mobile devices don't need 'drivers' per se with XP. However, you do need the Activesync program to facilitate communication between XP and your device. It's a free download from Microsoft.

Have you installed AS as recommended? The device is recognized by the PC and wants to load AS. Without it, you don't have the required software to do anything with it and will continue to ping you about drivers.
