That looks like a cracked LCD. There's nothing you can do to fix it, except to send it in for service... Sorry, dude.

Yep, you will need to get the LCD replaced. Doesn't look like the touchscreen (the glass on top of the screen) is broken, so you make not need to get that replaced too. Should save some $$.
