Exhange Server & ActiveSync Error Message?

Hi All,

I'm using 4smartphone.com for my exchange hosting, but I've not been able to sync remotely since last night. I'm trying to pin down if it's something on my side or something on their side.

I'm getting connected (I think), but right away it errors out and I get:

Synchronization failed, Try again later.

Error code: 0x80070057
-----------------

Anyone know what that means?

According to something I've found in the MS knowledgebase (#319711), it sounds like there is a problem item that is not syncing. It refers to a couple of log files (wcesmgr.log or Outstore.log) that may clarify which item it is. I'm assuming those files are on the exchange server? In this case at 4smartphone.com?

Using the web access I did find a bunch of conflicts inside the "Sync Issues" folder. I went through and deleted them. Didn't seem to resolve the error.

I'm able to access my account and check messages and things using the web access, but just can't get my mobile device to sync.

Any thoughts?

It's a problem on their end... I think they may be upgrading to SP2. 1and1 had the same problem earlier this week... but it took them 2+ days to resolve the problem.
