Can't copy music from my CD to XDA II

Hi there,
I used Microsoft Media player 9 series to copy one of my CD to my XDA II. Most often it fails to copy even when my XDA II is synchronized with my desktop. Even when my desktop says it has copied it, I cannot locate the music on my XDA II. What am I doing wrong? Can anybody out there help?

Use Windows Explorer to copy the files, not WMP.

Hi,
Thanks for the advice. However, a few minutes after posting that topic, I successfully transferred music files to my XDA II using windows media player. The playback was good enough considering the size of the machine and the complex function it has to perform.
