Can xda be used as a Modem for a Laptop ??
e.g. plug output from laptop PCMCIA card into xda using xda-serial cable?
Anyone have any info on the feasability of this?

To my knowledge this is impossible. THis is because it lacks the software to allow irda to be used as a pass-through for internet.
