Just a note to all PPCPE users in CA. ATTWS has had some serious GPRS AUTHENTICATION issues this past weekend, and the issue effected all of SoCal. Not sure if all users were effected or not, but I just got off the phone with ATTWS regarding the issue. If you have been unable to connect via GPRS in the above mentioned area, this is why.
My device has started working again but according to ATTWS the trouble ticket is still active.
That's odd I have had no problems all weekend with mine..?
As mentioned in the above post... "not sure if it effects all users".
Even ATTWS couldn't confirm it it effected all PPCPE users or all GPRS users. They only thing they could confirm was that there was an issue causing an outage.
