I think every Pocket PC Phone has a speakerphone mode built-in.

If there are no in-call options at the bottom of the screen that let you enable speakerphone, try this: while you're on the call, press and hold the Send (green phone) key a few seconds until a speakerphone icon appears in the start bar.
