Sync multiple contact folders from Microsoft Office Outlook to Pocket PC:

I am trying to sync multiple contact folders - from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to my Pocket PC (UTStarcom XV6700) using Microsoft ActiveSync version 4.1.0 - without moving all of the contacts into one folder.

How is this accomplished?

ActiveSync, and the Pocket PC, don't support more than one folder. I've seen a bunch of hacks, but they all entail some form of merging. You can try searching -- maybe something like IntelliSync will have a workaround that works sufficiently -- but I do not think there is a solution that will work the way you want it to.
