Hi Guys. I need your Help:
1.My Toshiba E740 connect fine with my desktop pc via activesync 3.7. "connected/synchronized".
2. When I try to install some app the normal screen begins but sundenly I got a message that says: "unable to retrieve the mobile device information. Please try again"
3. I already unnisntalled an reinstalled activesync with the same bad results.
Could you help me to solve this prob? Thankz in advance.
