old e550g user looking for english rom

Is there any way I can still get the english rom for genio e550g? I think I can still find the rom flashing util floating around the net right..

Also, how's the stability with the conversion? I'm thinking about converting because I'm running an english gps software on it (teletype) which isn't bad, but not what I'd call stable. So, it could be the software, it could be the japanese OS. Anyhow, I thought if the english conversion was a painless process, that's one less reason the program should crash.

Anyway, it's sort of a long shot, but any info appreciated.
