Default E310 SD to CF adapter - Anyone tried one of these?

I'm considering a E310 but need email access on the road via modem. With the lack of SD modems and questionable compatibility with Toshiba's SD slot, the CF cards would be a nice option.

Anyone used one of these yet??

The e310 only has a SD slot. The adapter pictured via your link required a CF slot. This is essentially a CF card that allows you to read SD memory.

In other words, SD card goes into CF form factor. NOT CF into SD...which is what I think you're asking.

Default My mistake

Sorry, misread it. But.. wonder if someone does make the opposite adapter such that cf modems could be used in the SD slot.

Also can you use a USB modem in the USB port of the E310?

You can't use USB devices on the e310 because it's not capable of being a USB host.
