Can a toshiba PPC play video(AVI and MPEG) smoothly?

I've been considering getting a toshiba pocket pc, but since the mian things I plan on doing are watching movies and various online things, it really needs to be able to play video smoothly. So, can any of the toshiba pocket PCs play video smoothly?

No problems with either one of the current Toshiba models.
