What is this - Pocket PC with TV?

Hi,

during my search for news about IFA in Berlin, I found this one: http://www.insidepda.de/news.php?mode=read&id=159
The first thing seems quite cool: a SDIO-TV-Card for Dell Axim x51. The text reads, that the TV-Picture was very fluent and sharp.
But below the Dell there are pictures of something like a new BenQ-Siemens Pocket PC with full screen TV. Does anyone know more about this device?

Didn't look to me as that was a PPC with TV, but rather just a small form factor device designed to display DVB-T broadcasts. Once carriers start offerring services like that, there will certainly be dedicated devices as well as phones/pdas that can take advantage of it.
