Verizon VX6700-Install of SPB Pocket Plus 3

First time posting anything on this site and looking for some closure to a very annoying problem 8O . I am trying to install SPB Pocket Plus 3 on my VX6700, and when making room for the new program by moving mp3's ringtones and pics to a MiniSD card. My internal memory should be increasing but for some reason it is decreasing and not allowing the program to be saved. I did try loading the program to my SD card but it kept locking up on me, basically everytime I opened a program. Is there a backup file save system that is making my memory decrease instead of increase when deleting or moving files?? Any help as to why this problem is occuring would greatly help...I've heard from tons of people that Pocket plus is must and would love to be one of those people recommending it to others. Thanks
