Problem with Intermec Pocket PC. Please help (urgent). Thanks

Hi,

I have an Intermec Pocket PC which does not turn on. The battery seems to be charged as the LED glows green when placed on the charger. It has a blank screen and i tried to 'cold reset' it (by removing the battery pack at the back and pressing the reset button). After reset, i hold down the 'I/O' button but it does not start up. I can see a few horizantal blank lines on the screen and nothing happens. Any help would be highly appreciated from those who have attempted the 'cold reset'. There is nothing much in the manuals or on the web.
