n311 and activesync : connection pb

Default n311 and activesync : connection pb
My acer n311 isn't detected by activeSync from the PC.
When I plug the n311 in its base, activesync on the pc starts searching any device and stop whithout detecting any connection.
I've made the test with different versions of activesync on the PC without any success.
