how can i connect to internet using Acer from my modem??

Well, that depends. What modem? Cable modem or DSL? Get a Wirelress Access Point and use the WiFi on your Acer to connect to that. But, based on the way you worded your question, my best suggestion is for you to find a friend that knows about this stuff and get them to set it up for you. :mrgreen:
