I have the old Compaq iPaq H3700 and I was wondering if i can update the PocketPC 2002 to a newer version? 2003?

If so can you tell me how, and what programs i need, and so on.

No, I believe the 3800 series iPAQs were the oldest units to be upgraded to Windows Mobile 2003. No upgrade exists for the 3600 and 3700 series iPAQs. Your best bet would be to eventually replace the device with a newer one.
