Not sure I entirely understand your meaning. If you mean can Pocket PC 2003 be installed on the Pocket Loox - then yes - like almost all Pocket PC 2002 models it has a flash ROM of sufficient size.

If you are asking if Fujitsu-Siemens will offer a Pocket PC 2003 upgrade - the answer is also yes.

1. While I know what the plan is I won't say in case plans change. At the moment this is not something that has been finally decide but at least some users will have to pay.

2. First Microsoft have to officially announce and release Pocket PC 2003 - which they have not done yet. FSC - along with every other Pocket PC maker - will need to have fully tested and integrated PPC 2003 into their Pocket PC design. I suspect we will see the upgrade offered shortly after the official release by MS.

3. Have you installed the latest ROM? Battery life is definitely improved by it. Another ROM is currently in testing which is intended to deal with all remaining issues. FSC's position is that the Loox 600 must be bug/issue free (as much as possible anyway) before the next Loox model is released.[/quote]

Yes, latest Rom is installed, but i can use the loox only 3-4 hours. :?
