Hod do I do a hard reset - Pcket Loox

Hi
I have lost my handbook (hope still to find it) but I need to do a Hard Reset on my Loox (600? - its the one with the bulge at the top) as it has frozen showing a picture of itself - trying a soft reset just turns the back light on and off.

Please help as the FS site isnt allowing us to download the handbook
