trouble with Conpact flash card. Jornada 567

I have an old Jornada 567 and when i insert a compact flash card it comes up with Unrecognized Card and asks me for the name of the device driver for the card. its a Sandisk 64mb compact flash card.

Try doing a soft reset and see if it solves the problem.
Also, make sure you CF card has been formatted in FAT16 and not FAT32.

how can i format it to FAT16? my computer only format it to FAT or FAT32

FAT=FAT16...heh heh
In the beginning, there was only FAT, but it was expanded to FAT32 for support of bigger harddisk. To differentiate, FAT was also designated as FAT16.
