Where to find support?

I have a problem with French version OS. I live in France now and my casio EM-505F OS is in French which I can't really understand.

Had contact France casio support numerous tile but all to no avail. Canada casio support mention that I can have to send to the casip support and they fix convert the OS to english version for me. However, they do not support people out of Canada.

Do you have any idea where I can seek help to convert OS back to English version?

Besides, the window version 3.1 is outdated is there any possibility of upgrading it to window pc 2002?

Only Casio could convert the ROM image to an English version of the OS. To be honest, you probably shouldn't have bought it if you needed an English version.

There is no upgrade path to Pocket PC 2002 for older Casio devices.
