"Win CE 3.0" and "Pocket PC" are one-in-the-same. Your E-125 has the Pocket PC operating system.

However, the latest version of PPC software is Pocket PC 2002. You cannot upgrade your E-125 for this latest version because of its memory and processor type.

Matt, is HandheldPC 2000, which is WinCE3.0 based, also "Pocket PC"?

If so, does regular PocketPC2002 software work on HPC2000?

HPC2000 != PocketPC
As far as I know PocketPC2000 isn't necessarily always compatible with HPC2000, because of various processor types, even if you were able to get some sort of PocketPC software running on HPC2000, the application window may be a bit strange looking (?). PPC2k2 won't run on HPC2000, because it requires various things, such as an ARM processor, etc.
But you can find programs compiled for HPC2000 on the internet if you rummage around some old freeware sites and the like.

To be more precise: Pocket PC 2000, Pocket PC 2002, and HPC 2000 are all different platforms built on top of WinCE 3.0. While programs do sometimes run between them, different high-level APIs and the screen resolution difference make it difficult.
