Several times in the last couple weeks, my E-100 has not responded to any taps or other markings I've made on its screen, even after I reset it. When it did respond, I've recalibrated it but that hasn't made any noticeable difference. Since it seems to come and go at random, I don't think the problem is related to any particular program. Moreover, the problem recurs whether the device is fully charged or not.
Assuming you've tried a hard reset to ensure there's no software glitches causing this (which is very unlikely anyway), you likely have a bad digitizer. There's no solution to this other than a repair, and it would probably cost you a fair bit of $$$. Might be time for a new Pocket PC!
