E-115 Will no longer turn on

I have a Casio E-115 that has sat unused for >8 months and it now refuses to turn on. I have tried the following so far (With a hard reset after each)...

Let it recharge overnight - no luck
Replaced the backup battery - no luck
Removed the main battery, plugged it into the wall - no luck
Removed the main & backup battery, plugged into the wall - no luck

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this up and running. I have some use for it, if I get it working it would remained plugged in 99% of the time.

My guess would be that it needs a new main battery.

I've try with my E115.

Without the main battery even when plugged I can't turn it on. (the switch set to LOCK)
With the main battery, plugged and the switch to LOCK it should work even if the battery is bad.
When I plug it the green light turn on to tell it's recharging.
