Default Casio E-125 dead

About a year ago, I replaced my screen. Worked great until about 3 months ago. The image would dark out, I would press the sides; right and left hand holding the unit and pressing with my thumbs on the top edges and fingers on the back, and it would come back on. Never consistant. Sometime would work fine, other times would need to be pressed as indicated. Finally it would not light up and activesync indicates it doesn't even come on. One of the last times I saw the screen, I did a soft reboot and it came up as if I was just beginning the start up process. I couldn't tell if it lost my data. I removed the batteries as I saw in an earlier post, reloaded them and no start up. Is it toast? Any suggestions? Do you think I broke a wire pressing the sides together?

Well, since you replaced your own LCD screen, you're more technical than 90% of the people on this site (I'm not brave enough to do that myself) so I don't know what help we can offer. I always ask www.pocketpctechs.com for help with issues like this. ;-)
