This will need to be a warranty claim. If you are still covered by a warranty with the company you bought the unit from return it to them for an exchange.
If not, Casio will exchange it. In the U.S. call 1-888-204-7765, select option 3 (Technical help on an E-200) and they will give you the directions for returning your unit to their repair center in New Jersey.
It took Casio 10 days from when I ldropped off my first E-200 with UPS to have a completly new unit (boxed with all the accessories included) delivered to my home. I consider that pretty good service.
