While I haven't actually tested the camera in a Windows Mobile 5.0 environment, I should point out that HP ceased the sale and support of the camera as the first batch of Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition devices were released. No updated drivers have been released since then, so it would be a real blessing if it worked in Windows Mobile 5.0 (which I highly doubt).

If you are talking about the SDIO one, I happened to try it last night to answer a question in a newsgroup. The HP camera is essentially a Veo Traveller. The drivers for it on Veo's site, though they don't specifically say WM5, did in fact work in my PDA-N.
