Default Wireless for 2215 ?

I purchased an iPaq 2215 a few weeks ago and love it so far. I want to add wireless for email and internet access.

Someone told me Sprint was coming out with a Bluetooth phone in a few weeks and I "might" be able to buy the Sprint Bluetooth enabled phone and connect my 2215 via Bluetooth and get email/internet access. Is this true? Will I be need anything (like a wireless card) to make this happen? Will it be fast enough?

What are my other options? I heard T Mobile has an $20 /month unlimited wireless access? I am assuming I would need a wireless card (what type is recommended?) for this option? Is this a better option than the Sprint Bluetooth option?

Any other options? I look forward to your feedback.

Outside, I use an Audiovox RTM-8000 GSM/GPRS CF Card with my 2210 to connect to the Internet . It works, but in terms of speed, it's a long way from a Wi-Fi connection to a broadband router.

I use a Netgear MA701 CF Card to connect to my Wi-Fi setup at home.

When you have a bluetooth phone and your iPAQ, you only need to set a bond between the two, its quite easy and you can view the internet on your 2215 when your out.

Thats if you have it in your plan etc. etc.

Great .... Thanks for the info. After doing more research, looks like I will wait (like a lot of others!!) and see what Sprint does with Bluetooth and the T608.

I use the Sony T610 with T-Mobile unlimited internet to both my 2215 and laptop (VPN works too!) via bluetooth. T-Mobiles plan and coverage are better than Sprint's. You can get the T610 free after rebate through Amazon.com, or if your negotiation skills are good, from your local T-Mobile dealer also.

With T-Mobile, it sounds like you have the $29.95 unlimited data plan? Do you have an 802.11b wireless card in your 2215 to access the T-Mobile wireless network or does the T610 support Bluetooth connection to 2215? I did not see Bluetooth listed as a feature on the T610 phone on the T-Mobile web site??

If it through the T610 T-Mobile phone, why do you need the data plan? I thought if the connection was going from the 2215 to the T610 via Bluetooth, then your regular voice minutes were used --- am I incorrect?
