Default Windows freezes on boot->have to hard reset 4155

I've had my 4155 for just over a week and I've had to hard reset 3 times. What happens is a program will freeze, and i'll turn the iPaq on then off. Then the screen doesn't refresh and i can't click on anything, so I soft reset. Windows looks like it's loading normally, then I get a garbled graphic on the screen and nothing seems to be running.

Any ideas on what's causing this? I hard resetted last night and now I'm going to try loading all programs on to the RAM instead of my SD card.

*crosses fingers*

I've seen things like this before, and it's usually a USB issue. Look for a BIOS update for your computer, try a hub, or try a direct connection.
