Hi I've got 2215 as well as t610 phone.

both have bluetooth.

Is it possible to make and recive calls from 2215 itself while keeping 2215 in the pocket.

Don't you mean

If yes, you can call and receive calls on your iPAQ, though it will not function as phone, so to talk or listen, you always need your phone, or (bluetooth) headset.
